Binding Type: Coptic Binding - glueless spine and signature stitching that allows the paper to lie completely flat when open.

Custom Ordering & Production Timeline

• Pricing Structure: Base price covers standard specifications. The final amount may be adjusted depending on request complexity, custom materials, or special add-ons as detailed in your final invoice.
• Production Lead Time: All items are custom-made by hand. Production begins only after payment is received and typically takes 3-4 weeks to finish.
• Handcrafted Character: Due to the artisanal nature of bookbinding and handcrafted goods, each product may feature slight variations.

Return and Refund Policy

Because all items are custom-made to order and billed via individual invoices, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an invoice has been paid and production has begun.

Cancellation Policy

• Before Payment: Invoices may be cancelled at any time before payment is made.
• After Payment: Once payment is received, production begins. Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded after payment.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in handcrafting and packaging your items. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit or has a major production flaw that differs from your invoice details:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Provide your order/invoice number along with clear photos/videos of the issue and packaging.
3. If approved, we will gladly arrange a replacement or repair at no extra cost to you.

Please double-check all details on your invoice (custom specifications, colors, layout, paper choices) before making payment, as approved invoice specs are final.

Shipping Policy & Guidelines

Delivery & Collection Options

1. Pop-Up / Event Pick-Up (Free)
   • Location: Available during announced pop-up events, craft fairs, or community hangouts (You may check our Instagram account to find out our next location).
   • Process: Select this option during invoicing and specify which event you will attend. Orders must be paid in full before the event date to secure your pick-up slot.
   • Uncollected Orders: If you are unable to attend the pop-up, your item will be held at our studio, and standard delivery fees will apply.
2. Studio Pick-Up (Free)
   • Location: Muntinlupa City (exact address provided upon completion).
   • Pick-up Window: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM (by appointment only).
   • Process: Please wait for a pick-up confirmation message before arriving or booking a third-party courier.
3. Same-Day Delivery Services (Metro Manila and Nearby Areas)
   • Courier/s: Lalamove or GrabExpress
   • Rate: Calculated at dispatch via app (paid directly to the rider or added to your final invoice)
   • Delivery Time: Same Day (1-3 hours after dispatch)
4. Standard Courier (Nationwide Door-to-Door)
   • Courier/s: J&T Express or LBC Express
   • Rate: Calculated via app (added to your final invoice)
   • Delivery Time:
     • Greater Manila Area: 1-3 business days
     • Luzon Provinces: 2-4 business days
     • Visayas & Mindanao: 4-7 business days

Dispatch & Tracking Process

• Processing Time: Once your handcrafted order is completed according to your invoice lead time, it will be scheduled for courier dispatch, studio pick-up, or event collection.
• Tracking Details: For courier deliveries, you will receive a tracking number and courier link via email or message as soon as your package is dispatched.

Delivery Terms & Packaging:

• Packaging: All items are securely wrapped with protective guards and shredded paper to prevent damage in transit.
• Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery: Please ensure your full shipping address and active mobile contact number are accurate on your invoice. Redelivery fees resulting from failed delivery attempts or incorrect details are the buyer's responsibility.
